Tonight was the single worst experience my family has endured dining out! The Server (Estella) CLEARLY did not not want to help us! I watched her move around the room to help dinners in her area frequently but she clearly made our family feel unwelcome, and we will not be coming back! Clearly she was not interested in doing her job as far as we were considered. Applebee's really needs to work on their customer service for ALL customers not just the ones that make their servers feel comfortable, although I am not sure why she would have felt that way. I am a very big tipper, but tonight I practiced restraint and NO TIP WAS GIVEN due to very, very poor, non existent service!

Estella came to our table 3 times: once to take our orders, once to give us drinks, and once to give us our food. She never asked us if we needed anything, but she seemed to be just fine with checking on everyone else. At best she saved me 70.00 in her TIP! Applebee's has lost their stride. I hope they get rid of the BAD APPLES employed there! My family and I wish them good luck! Do not waste your money, but If you want to eat at a place with bad service, and you do not want to tip, eat at Apple Bee's on Saratoga in San Jose!
